The quote tool

The quote form collects gender, birthdate, self-assessed wellness level, tobacco status, coverage size and term preference. These details go to a rate-retrieval service powered by the carriers' system to fetch pricing—we do not retain this data. Your identity, residence, phone or email are not captured to view quotes. Repeated queries with identical parameters might be retrieved from a fast cache to reduce calls to the quoting system.

Applying

Applying triggers the application form to prefill with your survey answers on a secure, carrier-managed platform, governed by their own privacy policy. Susman Insurance Agency, a licensed California insurance provider (License 0B75129), handles all applications.

The contact form

Your contact form submission includes name, email address, phone number (optional), your preferred contact method, a category, and your question. It gets routed via email to the insurance office; we reply to your email. No message records, submission logs, or message details are archived on this website. A lightweight anti-abuse verification operates in your web browser ahead of transmission.

Measurement

Page analytics are tracked through a privacy-first, cookieless system running from this same domain. No cookies or identifiers are put on your browser; your IP address is abbreviated before storage; query text from referring sites is excluded; data logs expire after three months. Browsers transmitting Do Not Track signals or browser privacy controls are completely excluded from tracking.

What we do not do

We do not purchase or distribute personal data, employ advertising pixels, or use third-party analytics code. The only external software is the carriers' application service on the apply page, which activates only when you navigate there.
